Knowing you’re ready to make the change is half the battle- after all, overcoming mindset hurdles is no easy feat- and until you’re ready to take control of your health the right way, you’ll always lose with the wrong ways. With my 1:1 coaching program, 12 months to focus on your goals and build a healthy relationship with food and your lifestyle habits, challenges that you consistently face, and relevant health history. We dive into Where you are currently and design a Roadmap to get you to where you want to be for the rest of your life. Throughout our time together we will review, clarify and work to adapt your actions to best support your major food and lifestyle issues.

1-hour long call for each of 12 Modules, with 15 minute calls each week between the Modules to assess how you are doing, address questions, challenges and successes that you are experiencing.
